(1.1) The GTC apply to consumers as well as entrepreneurs and companies.
Consumers, within the meaning of these GTC, are natural persons who conclude a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.
Entrepreneurs and companies are natural or legal persons or partnerships with legal capacity who act in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.
By using this website and purchasing services or digital products, you agree to these terms.
2. COACHING SERVICES
AUOMIE specialises in helping clients improve their financial literacy, understand passive income, and/or build their own business as a solopreneur according to their individual needs. Additionally, we support clients in overcoming fears related to investments, understanding risks, and considering relevant factors.
Our goal is to provide clients with solid financial and business knowledge, enabling them to make their own decisions with confidence.
AUOMIE would like to draw attention to the following warnings:
Investing involves risks. The price of financial instruments may decline and/or increase without it being possible to predict the timing or duration of such fluctuations. The customer may not get back the invested amount. The spread between the bid and offer prices of financial instruments can be significant in volatile market conditions.
Investing is a complicated matter that requires serious financial due diligence for each investment. As a rule, the customer should only trade in financial instruments it understands the risks associated with.
The coaching and mentoring services offered by AUOMIE do not constitute an invitation, recommendation, endorsement, or offer to buy or sell financial instruments or other financial products, including but not limited to deposits, insurance products, and retirement plans, either in Germany or in any other jurisdiction.
The role of AUOMIE is to accompany and support clients. However, the success of clients depends largely on their own motivation, commitment, and ability to implement. AUOMIE cannot and will not guarantee specific results. As with any consulting and coaching service, results may vary and depend on numerous factors, including personal capacities, expertise, and dedication of the clients.
By using AUOMIE's services, clients acknowledge that they take full responsibility for their financial, business, and personal situation as well as for all present and future decisions, including any investments they make. Furthermore, clients waive any potential claims against AUOMIE and its employees.
AUOMIE offers coaching in financial literacy, solo entrepreneurship, brand strategy, AI, and business development. Coaching serves as guidance and education but does not replace professional financial, legal, or tax advice.
(2.1) NO GUARANTEE OF SUCCESS
The success of the coaching depends on the client’s responsibility, motivation, and implementation. AUOMIE does not guarantee specific results.
